A- Item / item change can only be made if your item:
- corrupted (according to terms and conditions) 
- the GeniusJuniors is misleading

B- Product Damage

We will ensure that all the items you order are in the best condition by checking the quality first before delivery is also included in the packaging aspect (in the wrap with the bubble wrap). The purchased product should not be returned unless there is any damage to the product. In the event of any damage, the customer must take a picture of the damage or make a short video of the product and email it to us along with the order number to (geniusjuniors.edu@gmail.com) within 3 days after receiving the item to ensure that the damage is not from negligence customers themselves. The product is damaged as well should be returned within 7 days after the customer receives it. After 7 days, no return of the defective product can be made and it is upon the customer's own responsibility.

POST COST

Return postage of damaged goods - Customer's liability (as we have made sure the goods are in good condition before being posted)

Re-delivery postage - On our behalf after we receive the damaged item.

 C- The Party lost its goods.

Just like the above case, the customer should notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and order number and must return the wrong item within 7 days after receipt of the item. We will resend the correct item after we receive the wrong item.

Postage liability

Fully responsible for ours (postage cost and delivery of goods).

All the difficulties are inexplicable and thank you for cooperation.
