(1) The Purchaser shall ensure that all the information filled in the Delivery Information Form is correct and accurate to avoid any problems with the transmission process.
(2) The buyer is required to make payment for the booking product within 24 hours of the reservation. Failure to make a payment within the prescribed period will result in the reservation being canceled.
(3) The buyer must confirm the payment after payment is made either by email or send a picture of 'Payment Slip' through WhatsApp application to the following number "013-4363390".
(4) The cost of shipping the goods is under the responsibility of the buyer.
(5) The buyer must ensure that the delivery option is properly set up either "Cash on Delivery (COD)" or "Poslaju".
(6) COD services are only available to the following locations;

Sungai Petani, Kedah
(7) COD services to other locations will be charged according to distance after an agreement between the company and the buyer.
(8) The damaged product shall be notified within three (3) days after the goods are received and returned to us within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods for us to send the replacement product.
